  • Company / Clinic name, GST Number
  • Medical Licence Number
  • Drug Licence Number(s) and uploaded Drug Licence photo
  • Profile photo
  • Address, City, State, Country, Pincode
  • One-Time Password (OTP) used for mobile number verification during registration and login
  • Usage Data

Usage Data. Usage Data is collected automatically and may include Your Device's IP address, browser type and version, pages of our Service that You visit, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. When accessed via a mobile device, We may also collect device type, unique device ID, mobile operating system, and mobile browser type.

Registration & Account Verification. When You register as a Dealer/Distributor, Doctor/Medical Professional, or Executive Sales Team member, We collect the identity, licence, and contact details listed above to verify Your professional credentials. Your account is reviewed and activated by Our admin team before You can access certain features. A temporary password is sent to Your registered email upon approval.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies (beacons, tags, scripts) to track activity on Our Service and store certain information, including:

  • Necessary/Essential Cookies (Session) — authenticate users, prevent fraudulent account use, and enable core site features such as staying signed in and using the cart/inquiry function.
